Step By Step - Planning Made Easy

This the first and probably most important step to getting your project under way. 
This gives you the opportinity to tell us what your looking for and ask as many questions as you wish. We're happy to advise on all aspects of your project and can draw on 100's of previous projects combined with years of experience.

Our Visit

We will take detailed measurements based on what you tell us, from which we will be able to produce a quote for your project.

In some cases, if you just can't picture what you want, or have no idea where to begin, we can create some sketches for you in our 3D modelling software to give you an idea what your new deck will look like.

Importantly, it also gives you the chance to meet us. We won't send a salesman around that you will never see again. You would be meeting us, the craftsmen that are going to be building your deck and trust to be on your property.
We are great believers in the phrases "People buy from people" and "Treat others how you would like to be treated "
We are keenly aware that a project such as a new deck is not a small investment and we want you to feel happy, confident & comfortable that you could you enlist our services to build something that will be around for many many years. 

We won't :

  • Ever be pushy or try to steer you towards something you dont need.

  • Turn up, have a 5 minute look at what you want (no tape measure to be seen!) and say "Yeah it'll be about £xxxx " Then leave.

  • Price up your project according to the size of your house or what cars you have on your drive (it does happen!)

  • Walk muddy boots through your house or premesis.

  • Park inconsiderately at, or near your property.

  • Present you with a hand scribbled quote.​

  • EVER enter your house or premesis without prior knowledge or consent.​

We can bring samples for you to get a hands on feel of the products available and give you an idea of which colour/style you most appeals to you.

Old Deck Removal

If you have an existing deck that needs to be removed, no problem. We would be happy to include this in the project cost. Should you wish us to  remove your old decking; our team will quickly and safely dismantle your old decking and arrange disposal of the waste through a tried trusted (and reputable) waste firm.
Of course alternatively you can arrange this yourself.
